I’m Dr Jocelyn Hall, a warm, down-to-earth Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience working in NHS mental health services. I now offer professional, affordable, and inclusive online therapy to individuals and those in partnered or multi-partnered relationships across the UK.
I work with people facing a wide range of difficulties - from anxiety, low mood and burnout to trauma, identity struggles, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to seek the support of a therapist. If something is on your mind, we can talk about it.
My approach is collaborative, person-centred, and rooted in compassion. I don’t offer worksheets or generic advice. Instead, I provide a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel really heard - where we can figure things out together in a way that makes sense for you.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, kink and BDSM-knowledgeable, neurodivergent-inclusive, and welcoming of non-traditional and alternative relationship structures - including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and power exchange dynamics (D/s, M/s). You can expect a respectful, non-judgemental space where every part of you is welcome.
Sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can access support from wherever feels most comfortable. I offer concession rates for those who need them, and a free telephone consultation so we can get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
I also offer Clinical Supervision to Practitioner Psychologists both pre and post qualification.
