I offer couples counselling, somatic coaching, workshops, and guided relationship programs for people who want to understand one another more deeply and explore new ways of relating when familiar patterns have become difficult to move through.
I have more than a decade of experience in counselling and relationship work, with extensive experience supporting polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships, queer and trans people, kink/BDSM communities, interracial and intercultural couples, disabled and neurodivergent people, immigrants and internationals, and relationships that do not fit neatly into traditional models.
My work explores relationships as living ecosystems to tend. Together, we may become curious about the different histories and perspectives each person brings, inherited relationship maps, patterns of conflict and care, power and resources, outside pressures, missing supports, and the conditions that help connection, reciprocity, and trust grow.
My approach is warm, gentle, collaborative, sex-positive, kink-affirming, and nonjudgmental. I do not assume monogamy, heterosexuality, conventional gender roles, or any single model of what a healthy relationship should look like.
I particularly enjoy working with people who have already done significant personal growth or therapy and still find themselves caught in familiar relational patterns. Rather than approaching this as a personal failure or asking people simply to try harder, I help couples widen the landscape, understand what is happening between them, and experiment with practices that may support more curiosity, connection, and responsiveness.
Services include private couples support, relationship coaching/counselling, guided relationship courses and packages, and experiential workshops.
Sessions are available in English online and in person in Oslo, Norway. A free 30-minute consultation is available for new couples.
My MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Washington State LMHC license reflect my professional training and background. Services offered through my Norway-based coaching practice are not represented as psychotherapy or healthcare services under a Norwegian clinical license.
