Part of my practice is to provide people in alternative lifestyles with excellent legal representation, free of judgement and always with discretion. Family conflicts are already difficult and complex, adding an alternative lifestyle to the mix can create barriers to communications and raise prejudices. I understand the delicate balance, as I have a blended family and I am actively involved in the kink community. We are also friendly to Gay and Trans family issues - and celebrate that the Arizona Gay Marriage Ban has been struck down. In addition to family law, I work with DCS/CPS child safety investigations, guardianship & adoption, orders of protection, wills & trusts, small business contracts, negotiations, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Personal Injury, and property disputes. I have a holistic philosophy with regard to my law practice, providing full representation, limited scope, unbundled services and flat fee based on your needs. I know that most people think they can't afford an attorney. I serve the 80% of people who can't pay high attorney fees but don't qualify for free legal aid.
