My standard fees vary depending on the type of service I provide. The fee for most services is based on my contract agreement with your health care insurance company. Please contact your insurance company with specific questions you may have. Billing Plus will also assist you if you have questions regarding billing, co-pays, etc., but it is ultimately your responsibility to know all details about YOUR mental health insurance coverage. Additional administrative fees may also vary depending on the services needed. For instance, I charge for telephone consultation, report writing, and other ancillary professional work on your behalf. Payment Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted for payment. You can make your payment during the session.
