In the evolving landscape of organizational values, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D.E.I) have become buzzwords that many companies throw around casually. It's easy to tweak a few images on a website, add "diversity" to a list of values, and call it a day. However, for forLove, D.E.I is not just a checkbox; it's a philosophy that permeates every aspect of our coaching work, challenging us to examine the gaps in how we serve and consider the diverse intersections within our community.

Non-monogamous and kink knowledgeable therapy

Lilithfoxx (she/her) is a BIPOC, queer, neurodivergent, kinky and polyamorous marketing professional turned Board-certified sexologist, AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator, professional speaker, coach, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) consultant. She is a graduate of the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University’s Human Sexuality Intensive program, and is certified by Johns Hopkins University in psychological first aid.

Her work focuses on the intersectionality of marginalized identities, alternative sexuality, and social justice. Informed by her personal and professional experiences, she provides BDSM and nonmonogamy cultural competency consulting for clinical, academic, and research settings, and facilitates workshops on sexuality justice and inclusion. Her expertise has been featured in several publications including Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Kinkly, Men's Health, and in LiveJasmin's 'Life in Red' docu-series.

I draw on my interdisciplinary training and lived experience to create a unique psychology informed coaching model.

Within the context of executive coaching and mentoring I am comfortable working with a wide range of life, work and wellbeing situations. I blend psychological, psychodynamic and executive coaching techniques to put the person at the centre of a relational model. This might also involve group, family or organisational coaching.

In addition, I welcome the opportunity to work with neurodiversity, specific learning difficulties, and other constructs of disability within the coaching frame. I would be comfortable with the additional title of ADHD coach, but I find it slightly restrictive. ADHD is not the only form of neurodiversity that can benefit from the co-thinking approaches of psychology informed coaching.

I collaborate with a diverse range of practitioners including coaches, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, psychologists, counsellors, consultants, trainers, mentors, advocates and activists. If we are not the right fit, or I am not the right practitioner for you, I will happily signpost or refer you on if appropriate.

You are the expert on your life. As a counselor, I take a client-centered, culture-centered, anti-oppressive approach. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can collaborate on practical and creative solutions to the challenges you encounter. I believe community and relationships are integral to individual wellness and seek to support clients through creating a healthy counseling relationship, integrating clients’ existing support systems, and/or providing encouragement and skills to clients as they build new relationships and communities. As a queer, disabled, neurodivergent person, I am passionate about giving back to my community and providing affirming mental health care for individuals from underserved and/or marginalized communities.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. I will have availability to work with clients starting January 2023.
