My most recent work involves working primarily in the polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, and LGBTQcommunities. I help the people that come into my office with their current relationship issues. These issues range from different communication styles to sexuality. My goals are to assist my clients with all forms of consensual sexuality in traditional and non-traditional relationships.

I offer Mind Body Coaching with the aim of helping my clients bring alignment to the mind-body-spirit system. My areas of focus include: enhancing physical wellness and improving chronic health conditions, emotional and spiritual development, building new lifestyle habits, and the overall alignment between one's authentic self and lifestyle choices. I utilize mind-body techniques throughout the coaching process, which could include: mindfulness practices, breathing practices, movement and nutrition, energetic hygiene, spiritual engagement, yogasana, creative expression, and more. These (and other) mind-body practices help to deepen the connection to one's inner wisdom/intuition/soul, and help to enhance aspects of the nervous system. A short note for my more Curvy clients: I do believe in and promote the notion of "health at every size." This means that, when working with me to improve health, body-positive/body-affirming values will be practiced, and I/we will honor your body shape, size, etc. as it is right now. All coaching sessions are conducted via telephone.
