My counseling style is client centered, strength based, culturally sensitive and trauma informed. I offer animal assisted therapy with my therapy dog-in-training who provides support and comfort to clients during sessions.

I am a professional, licensed massage therapist working with clients who are seeking massage to relax, to reduce stress or to relieve pain and muscle tension. I provide therapeutic Swedish massage, deep tissue and Hot Stone massage. I have a practice in a building with other health professionals and also provide on-site business and event massage. Mobile massage is occasionally available with limited daytime hours.
