Forward Momentum for Dynamic Non-Conformists! Is this you? Do you think of yourself as intense, sensitive, or different? Are most jobs and social environments at odds with your values or comfort? Do you fear that you are years behind on developing a coherent identity or direction? If yes, it is likely that the standard user manual for life did not work particularly well for you, and you feel like there must be more that you can do to create meaningful and positive impact on your life and the world around you. Sometimes, though, it feels hard to find direction in a society where it is easier to conform than to stand out. I work with people who are stuck in their personal, educational or work lives to create forward momentum by finding strengths, focus, and direction. Some of my specialties include learning differences, procrastination, anxiety, queer or non-binary gender identity, and challenges that look like ADHD/ADD. I also work with entrepreneurs to help get through their pre-launch phase. Many of the people I work with are introverts and self-identified nerds. I also identify with most of the descriptors above. Have over 10 years of experience being part of the following communities: bdsm, poly, ldbtqia, gifted, neurodiversity, entrepreneur, sca, otherkin, furry, science fiction / fantasy fandoms, nerfighteria. I was trained in couples therapy with an emphasis on sexuality and infidelity by Esther Perel, LMFT. I work with individuals, couples, and groups on concerns such as depression, grief and loss, anxiety, and relational difficulties, among many others. In my work with couples I focus on communication, emotional intimacy, infidelity, and sexuality.

I provide one-on-one coaching services. I am an Associate Ceritified Coach (ACC) in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received my certification as a a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). While you'll see that my site is focussed on coaching people thrust into leadership, I have a strong interest in helping folks in the kink community, and so I wanted be a part of this directory. I can help with issues related to work, relationship(s), or whatever is on your mind. Coaching is a process of becoming truly clear on what is important to you, and then taking action, and following through. I can assist with focus on any/all of those areas. Some folks need help with accountability. Some need help sorting through their thoughts and getting clear.
