Pulling from both professional and life experience, I admire the bravery and courage it takes to seek guidance for clarity. We work with everyone - cis and trans; vanilla and kinky; single, monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, and poly. We have experience with sex workers and with those who patronize sex workers; with those who have been sexually assaulted or abused; and with those who have perpetrated assaults and/or abuse. We have a particular interest in the interaction between shame, sex, and sexuality.

I am a Kink-Aware and experienced psychologist when it comes to understanding and working within non-conformist life-styles and sexualities, including - but not limited to - the LGBTQ and BDSM communities. While working within a wide range of issues, I have special expertise in (transgenerational) trauma, issues related to 'otherness' and stigma. I have a PhD from Germany (2008) and completed psychoanalytic training in New York City (2015). My background is in clinical psychology, psychoanalysis and the social sciences.
