Atlanta Embodiment Center is a trauma-informed practice offering therapy, education, and consultation grounded in embodiment, nervous system regulation, and relational awareness. The work centers the connection between mind and body, attending to how stress, protection, power, and lived experience shape our internal and relational worlds.
The practice supports adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship concerns, with an emphasis on clarity, sustainability, and values-aligned change. Work is paced intentionally to support regulation and increased capacity to respond rather than react.
Atlanta Embodiment Center is sex-positive and kink-aware, affirming consensual kink, BDSM, non-monogamy, and diverse relationship structures. Clients are welcomed without judgment or pathologizing of consensual adult experiences. Consent, autonomy, and bodily sovereignty are treated as foundational to healthy relationships and ethical care.
