I am a private-pay practice. All new clients begin with a 90-minute intake session. Ongoing sessions are offered in 60, 75, or 90 minutes and are billed proportionally based on your selected 60-minute rate. Standard 60-minute fees: • Individual therapy: $200 • Couples therapy: $250 • Couples Therapy Intensive: $1,300 for a 4-hour deep dive (includes the Gottman Relationship Checkup, assessment review, and a personalized written plan) I do not accept insurance directly, but I provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards are accepted, and all clients receive a Good Faith Estimate as required by the No Surprises Act. To support accessibility, I offer a limited sliding scale, with rates ranging from: • $85–$200 for individuals • $150–$250 for couples
