Healing comes in many forms
My work tends to go to the marrow; exploring the depth of your inner world, uncovering hidden patterns and sequences, and integrating this wisdom so your spirit can find its way back. This process is shaped around you; your neurotype, your lived experience, and the way your own healing instinctively wants to move. I enjoy using Internal Family Systems/Parts Work, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Talk Therapy.
As for me, I’m a white-bodied, trans/non-binary, neurodivergent person living with autoimmune-based illnesses. I am also a multiple-interest artist who loves being in the forest where I feel deeply understood and connected.
I bring my whole self to this work: my lived experience, the relationship I've built with my own complex trauma history, and deep gratitude for the teachers and mentors who helped shape me into the care worker I am today.
I am passionately dedicated to anti-racism, anti-oppression, disability justice, and the ongoing process of decolonization while practicing imaginative, creative, liberation-centered, and justice-oriented care.
I have experience working with people of diverse genders, neurotypes, disabilities, relationships, racial, and cultural backgrounds in settings such as private practice, community colleges and universities, and nonprofit organizations.
If you're looking for a provider who’s actively collaborative and cares about your whole story, and you’re ready to move into deeper relationship with yourself, let’s connect. I'd be honored to explore working together.
