I'm a therapist at AYC, a practice that specializes in trans and queer-affirming care. I'm an AASECT member pursuing CST certification through the Buehler Institute's comprehensive sexology program. I focus on kink, BDSM, ENM, LGBTQ+ identities, and sexual trauma recovery.

I work with women reconnecting to their body and sexuality, particularly after difficult relationships or trauma. In a gentle, loving space of learning and exploration, you can choose from coaching, embodiment, bodywork and tantric yoga approaches to rediscover your desires, your body and yourself.

I provide low-cost private Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine treatments.

I am currently in the process of obtaining a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Sexology at the International Institute of Clinical Sexology. As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, I most enjoy working with relationships helping to root-out destructive patterns and heal past relational injuries. My true passion is engaging couple's who have lost one another in the chaos of life. I work with individuals, couples, Non-traditional relationship structures, and families. Using an eclectic approach, I strive to personalize my treatment process to my client's needs and personality to ensure the best fit.

Begin Anew is a Recovery Community Organization (RCO) based out of Ramsey, MN, in Anoka County. We are the only organization of this type in the area looking to help heal this community. A Recovery Community Organization (RCO) is an independent, non-profit organization led and governed by representatives of local communities of recovery.

We offer various types of Peer Support (CPRS, CPRSR, CPRS- FE, and CPS) and will serve anyone looking to work on their recovery with a Peer.

In addition, we are one of only a few RCOs in Minnesota that tailor services to justice-impacted individuals. Whether you just got into trouble are currently incarcerated, or are being released from incarceration onto community supervision, we have programs that will "meet you where you are" at every step. All our Peer staff have extensive training and experience working within the different criminal justice systems (County, State, and Federal), and most have lived experience with these systems.

Whether you face daily struggles and challenges or are involved in the criminal justice systems, let our highly trained and specialized Peer staff help you navigate those waters and achieve successful recovery outcomes.
