I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both Illinois and Wisconsin and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in Illinois.

I work relationally and enjoy connecting with clients at all stages of recovery from psychological worries—from those interested in trying therapy for the first time to folks returning for another period of exploration and growth. I have completed advanced training in working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) clients, and my research explores affirming clinical work with practitioners of BDSM and Kink. My client focus is typically those who are anywhere from curious to passionate about BDSM, kink and fetishism. My work as a relationship and individual therapist is affirming of all gender, consensually sexual and romantic presentations and identities; I am sex worker allied and have extensive experience in the adult industry. I am trained in EMDR, I also have sex therapy training and supervision and I practice from a harm reductive lens with a focus on relational-cultural theory.

I aim to create a space that feels collaborative, honest, and nonjudgmental, where we
can explore not just your struggles but also your capacity for growth and resilience. I am also not afraid to name differences and complexities in the room as a way to strengthen understanding and build trust.
