Courtney offer individual and group therapy to adults seeking support with identity and life transitions, interpersonal relationships, grief, loneliness and social isolation, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and disability. Courtney utilizes relational, anti-oppressive, and psychodynamic approaches informed by narrative and existential therapies to encourage clients’ cultivation of personal values and meaning in life, as well as exploration of their gender, sexuality, pleasure, and creativity.
