We specialize in work with the LGBTQIA+ community, polyamorous/CNM folks, the kink/BDSM community, and sex workers. In effort to increase the accessibility of mental health services, we offer sliding scale rates and accept a variety of insurance plans. Our services include individual, relationship, and group therapy.

Starting therapy is brave. I aim to foster a relationship that is compassionate, free of judgment, and a place where you can express your truest thoughts and feelings. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and the therapeutic space should be one that centers and honors your resiliency and strengths. Treatment is fluid and individualized uniquely for you. As such, I consider our work to be a co-created process and I endeavor to create a space where all expressions of selfhood and identity can be safely expressed. As a white, trans masc, nonbinary queer practitioner, my work is informed by my lived experience, motivated by personal connection to the communities I serve, and aspires to be as multi-dimensional as you are.
I provide therapy to individuals, intimate partners, and families of all kind with an aspirational anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma-informed, harm reduction, and client-centered approach. My practice is firmly rooted in anti-oppression. I believe examining relationships of power and privilege is often central to healing and meaning-making. I use narrative therapy, IFS, relational, and psychodynamic approaches, as well as mindfulness and somatic work in my practice. I also have specialized training and expertise working with people experiencing homelessness, struggling with substance use, experiencing anxiety and depression, and exploring their gender identities. I have extensive experience working with trauma and violence survivors, neuro-diverse clients, queer and TGNCNB+ people, HIV positive clients, immigrants, kink and D/S lifestyle relationships, sex workers, and polyamory/consensual non-monogamy, as well as many intersections of these lived experiences. 
I am also a Field Instructor through Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in New York City.

As a holistic clinician with 10 years of experience in the mental health field I utilize person-centered and humanistic practices as well as expressive arts and mindfulness for exploration of the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in providing kink-positive, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming care to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, and societal challenges. I help people develop a pathway to overcoming difficulties while honoring their knowledge, abilities, cultures, and values. I cultivate safe space to discuss kink, BDSM, and non monogamy.

I’m a queer, nonbinary, femme, white/Latinx therapist. I work with individuals and those in partnerships, as well as, alternative or non-traditional relationship models. 

Diana Adams is a nonjudgmental and experienced family law attorney and mediator often serving poly kinky and LGBT clients. Ms Adams does premarital/family formation mediation for poly families hoping to create emotional agreements as well as legal stability. Ms Adams has also successfully represented clients throughout New York State in child custody cases in which BDSM/poly/trans lifestyles and identities are being unfairly conflated with parental unfitness and consults on these cases nationwide regarding strategy. Ms Adams handles divorce child support and all manner of child custody cases including assisted reproduction with parenting such as second parent adoption and sperm donor agreements. She compassionately mediates and negotiates divorce and family dissolution to ensure that these situations are handled fairly and with honor for the relationships ending. Ms Adams practices in the New York City area and the upstate Albany/Hudson areas. Ms Adams acts as a coach for couples triads quads and family groups seeking to create healthy poly relationship and agreements. I am a tattoo artist with 8 years of experience in tattooing following many years working as an artist and graphic designer for non-profit organizations. I specialize in blackwork (black ink) tattoos but occasionally will apply color to tattoos. I am a longtime member of the queer and gender-nonconforming activist communities and have worked with members of the kink community. I am anti-racism and anti-ableism. I opened my own licensed/insured studio because tattoo shops were not allowing me to create a safe space for my clients. My space is calm and serene and I community with clients to make sure they are comfortable. The space is shared with one other artist and is divided by curtains for privacy. There is one flight of stairs to the space, but I am open to discussing house visits for clients who cannot use stairs. I am a queer, poly kink practitioner and community member and for some years have integrated kink and fetish imagery into my work. I have worked with clients to create and apply custom designs ranging from the wholly private to the loud and proud. I tattoo in a shop that is inclusive and committed to client comfort. My clientele covers a full spectrum, from vanilla folks looking for quality and artistry in their designs, to kinky folks getting non-kink related images while seeking a comfortable atmosphere, to lifestylers looking to permanently signify their devotion with someone who understands their intent.
