Embracing Pleasure is heart-centered, trauma-informed coaching, bodywork, and education for adults of all genders, sizes, relationship statuses, and sexualities who are struggling with identity, sexuality, intimacy, or trauma and who long to be seen. I find my clients come to me because something has changed in the way they are relating to themselves, their lover(s), and/or the world. Something feels off, and my clients are looking for support and guidance to a greater depth of experience and a more whole version of themselves and their sex/life! My approach is based on my Master's degree in Sacred Erotic Psychology, certifications in Sexological Bodywork, Clinical Trauma Professional, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, as well as numerous hours of work with clients and with myself. I have extensive knowledge of and personal experience with truma, kink/bdsm, polyamory/non-monogamy, queer/lgbp+ and trans/non-binary experiences, and more. Sessions are a blend of therapeutic talking/mind-based interaction, body-based/embodiment exercises, and/or educational-therapeutic touch. The session experience is completely dependent upon your goals, and focused on increasing your experience of embodiment and intimacy with yourself, others, and the world.

I specialize in working with kink, BDSM, poly, and queer communities. I have been in private practice for several years and am very well-versed in working with these communities. My focus is on helping clients to process their issues in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist in Redmond, WA. I love helping people explore who they are, what they want, and how to get past the hurdles that get in their way. I support people around all issues of identity: how they see themselves, what parts are hidden, and how these things affect their interactions with others. I specialize in working with Polyamorous and NonMonogamous Folk, LGBTQ Youth, and Kinky Folk: individuals, couple, families, and group households. I work from a systemic view, which means working with all involved. Sometimes that means working individually and sometimes it means working with your whole group. I also make housecalls. I am comfortable talking with people around sex, sexual issues, and sexual identity. Outside of the therapy room I teach and write about sex, sex-positive culture, sexuality, and identity.

I have been walking the path of spirituality, sexuality, and kink my entire adult life, and have direct experience of how they can intertwine, intensify, and/or challenge each other. As a spiritual director, I facilitate the creation of a safe, sacred space in which you can speak your truth, give voice to and wrestle with spiritual doubts and questions, tell your own sacred story, and discover new possibilities for growth and joy. As a priestess, ritualist, and celebrant, I can help you create ceremonies that are meaningful in the context of your own life and path, including legal weddings, handfastings, polyamorous weddings, family or household blessings, rites of passage, collarings and other BDSM-related ceremonies.

I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2014 and have been working with individual in crisis.
