I help adults from the straight and LGBTQ communities and from the cisgender, trans, genderqueer and nonbinary communities with concerns including feeling stressed and anxious, feeling badly about themselves, loneliness or challenges in their relationships, challenges with being LGBTQ, sexuality, sexual orientation and gender (including transition), alternative relationships and challenges with alternative sexualities. My work is confidential and collaborative, and my office is a safe space to explore your concerns and how we can work through them together. I address all aspects of my clients' lives including friendships, family, culture and spirituality. My approach to psychotherapy is cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, strengths-based and anti-oppressive – together we can work toward feeling better, managing your stress and finding balance in your life and relationships. I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and an Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from The Hincks-Dellcrest Centre / University of Toronto. My work is inclusive and informed by anti-oppression training. I am a Founding Member of the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. I have an Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from The Hincks-Dellcrest Centre / University of Toronto, and extensive continuing education in evolving Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. I am a longstanding member of the LGBTQ community in Toronto and a Member of the Canadian Professional Association for Transgender Health. I have extensive experience working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, questioning and queer clients, and clients of trans, genderqueer and nonbinary experience – I regularly consult with other LGBTQ clinicians about LGBTQ-specific concerns and I am fully-networked with providers of trans healthcare in the GTA.

I provide relationship and individual counseling to a number of specilaized populations; kink, ethically non-monogamous, sex workers, and QTPOC. Telehealth, in-community, and in-home session options available.

I am Polyamory, Kink, BDSM and Queer friendly. I am secular and won't be pushing religion, though I respect all religions. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, and embrace the idea that we all don't think or experience things in the same way. Whatever works for us, works for us, it doesn't need to be a conventional strategy.
