We accept a variety of payment methods, including American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, and Zelle. We also work with a wide variety of insurance providers, such as Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, Oxford, Public Employees Health Program, Regence, SelectHealth, United Medical Resources (UMR), UnitedHealthcare (UHC | UBH), and University of Utah Health Plans. We also accept Out-of-Network insurance.

i currently offer out-of-network therapy and private pay services. if you have out-of-network benefits, i can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. if you do not have out-of-network benefits, i can support you in coordinating with your insurance to request a pre-authorization and apply for a single case agreement or network gap exception. when approved, this can allow you to pay your in-network copay while your insurance covers the remaining cost. i also coordinate with therapy funds such as the loveland foundation and am open to working with grants, sponsorships, or other approved funding sources that help cover the cost of care. outside of these options, i offer a sliding scale based on your financial situation and am always open to discussing accessibility and affordability. psychotherapy (new york state only), wellness and spiritual coaching sliding scale rates vary on whether services are individual, relationship, or family-based.
