I enjoy building relationships with clients to identify their strengths and goals in times of change and struggle. Together we work to explore the things that cause them pain and limit joy in life. I support my clients through empowerment, encouragement, and by listening. It is my responsibility to provide culturally informed therapy that is client-focused and rooted in compassion, as well as collaboration. I love working with a wide variety of people, and have a passion for teenagers with anxiety and ADHD, gender and sexual diverse populations including kink and polyamory, and perpetrators and survivors of sexual abuse. I am also certified to provide Prepare/Enrich pre-marital counseling. I am located in an agency that also provides psychological testing, ADHD testing and support, and therapeutic groups run by Licensed Psychologist Dr. David Moore. I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules.
