I specialize in reducing shame, stigma and fear in sex and relationships. I help with communication, play, pleasure and boundaries. Strong background in working with sex workers and their partners. David Ortmann, co-author of the book "Sexual Outsiders: Understanding BDSM Sexualities and Communities," has a private psychotherapy and sex therapy practice in both Manhattan and San Francisco catering to the needs of people in the Kink, Fetish, Leather, BDSM, and Erotic Powerplay communities. Working with me is intense, deeply personal, and can lead to satisfying and lasting changes in yourself and your relationships. It can be slow and awkward, but we will take the time to get it right.
