Dan partners with clients to do an investigation into what their ideal lives could look like: He helps clients clarify their goals and desires, and then they work together to figure out how to make their dreams their reality. The lives he helps them design are supported by each client's personal values and strengths. He strongly believes that it is possible to achieve an ideal life and to be in harmony with the worlds that we live in: free of conflict, burden, and shame.

I am a sexuality educator and relationship & sexuality coach with nearly a decade of experience. I specialize in sexual communication, polyamory, non-monogamy, open relationships, kink, BDSM, and LGBTQAI issues.

I provide frank and honest feedback for people who are facing relationship challenges. I also work well with kink folks who are dealing with life concerns like depression or anxiety and who don't want to have to justify or explain their lifestyle to an uninformed therapist.In addition to my downtown office, I have a second location at SE 12th & Belmont. With decades of counseling experience and 10+ years of immersion in open/poly/swing relationships, queer/ GLBTQI*, BDSM and kink concerns, I've been able to help with many kinds of issues. I provide training and supervision for therapists who want to learn about sexuality. I'm Certified as a Sex Therapist by American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). Also certified as a Gottman Institute Relationship Therapist. I offer my clients an opportunity for skill development in their relationship lives, and provide a lot of information, tools and strategies.I work especially well with bright and inquisitive people.
