I am a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner and I train others in this powerful approach to healing and personal growth. In my one-on-one sessions I use IFS to help you explore and transform your own inner system. Most peoples inner world is a jumble of thoughts, feelings and emotions. IFS allows you to find the calm in the middle of that storm and from that vantage point love and transform parts of yourself that might be in extreme roles or carrying burdens. This can change this jumbled up inner world into a place of inner-peace and clarity. Typically we focus on an area of your life where you would like to have a breakthrough. It might be relationship, career or personal happiness. We then explore the issue from a inner-parts perspective. Ill help you understand the system of inner parts that is at play. Ill then guide you through an established process of getting to know and transforming these parts of yourself. This typically involves me gently guiding you inside to discover your inner world using IFS techniques. You will build new ways of relating with these parts of yourself and ultimately unburden them. These sessions are incredibly powerful and can help transform long standing patterns in a short period of time. 30 years of meditation and spiritual practice allows me to hold a field of healing Presence while you do the work. Many people find they can do very deep personal work with me immediately because of the field of safety they feel around me. Through my own work I have become very grounded in deep places of calm and you will sense that when we work together. I typically do a 75 minutes session at a cost of $110. You can work with me weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. If you feel very called to this work and cannot afford it, please contact me. I do have a limited number of sliding scale slots available.
