Hi! I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting my fellow human beings who do not fit into the socially enforced boxes of sexuality, gender, and relationships. I am non-binary and experienced with ethical non-monogamy as well as sex-positive and kink-aware.

I am a licensed professional counselor providing telehealth individual therapy in CO and PA. I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ clients and have experience providing safe and affirming care for trans and non-binary folx as well as folx in non-monogamous and/or poly relationships. I take a sex positive and kink affirming approach with my clients.

I am a therapist who serves the mental health and recovery needs of young adults and adults who are neurodiverse, gender expansive, queer, kinky, and practicing all kinds of relationships.

I'm a counselor working toward my LPC license, with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with individuals, couples, and families, offering both in-person and online sessions. My practice is inclusive and welcoming, with experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, women exploring identity and life changes, people in non-traditional relationships including polyamorous relationships, and kink-aware therapy. I bring patience, creativity, and gentle humor to our sessions, while recognizing that you're the expert on your own life.

Kink aware and sex positive approach as a clinician and skilled in working with members of the kink community and those who may be seeking to explore it more. I understand that healthy sexuality does not have to fall in a "vanilla" category and that non-monogamy and non-heteronormative forms of relationships and sexual identity and expression can be perfectly healthy. I create a safe, non-judgmental, and well informed space where clients know that they will be understood and not have someone tell them that their actions or desires are not a sin or twisted or depraved. Having a healthy sexual relationship with yourself is often a journey through dismantling stigma and embracing yourself as a sexual being. Having a healthy sexual relationship with yourself makes someone much more available to having a healthy sexual relationship with other. Skilled at working with members of the kink community, the bdsm community, people who are sex workers, members of the LGBTQIAA+ community and with issues such as sexual dysfunction, sexual compulsivity, healing from sexual trauma, enhancing sexual communication, and working through stigma and oppression.

I am a licensed psychotherapist, Expressive Arts Therapist, Sex, Intimacy and Relationship therapist and sex educator. I have made a commitment to, and have a passion for working with, anyone who has had a hard time finding a therapist that understands the world of kink/BDSM, polyamory/monogamy alternatives, swinging, sex work, sex educators, sex toy inventors, lgbtq+ sex positive communities, Pagan spirituality, sexual healing, tantra, and sacred sexuality.

I am a trauma-informed therapist, using a variety of tools focusing on thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. While I work with a variety of concerns, my specialties include people seeking support for navigating anxiety, boundaries, consensual non-monogamy, life transitions, and sex-related concerns.
