I specialize in body liberation/body justice, anti-racism for white folks, ADHD, and career/life transition.

By asking powerful questions I will guide you through self-discovery which will highlight the habits which are holding you back and empower you to develop your strengths as you overcome your obstacles. The practice of self-awareness and emotional connection will drive you to make decisions of alignment and deepen your sense of fulfillment with your life. Using a holistic view, I take the time to learn about you, your values, and your goals for life. Allowing us to co-create a coaching experience that will be meaningful, empowering, and rewarding. I welcome everyone who is interested in living their best life, but I specialize in providing coaching to individuals with varying sexual and gender identities, including LGBTQ and gender fluid, and I also work with those who identify as kinky, non-monogamous and poly.
