I’m a Supervisee in Social Work and Sex Therapist in Maryland and Virginia. My passion is helping individuals and couples carve their own paths to sexual fulfillment, love, and relationships. I believe that true fulfillment in life comes from embracing who you are and giving voice to your sexual desires and expressions—because sexual satisfaction shouldn’t be just a fantasy, it can be your reality.

In my practice, I support clients who are exploring and navigating new sexual experiences and interests, including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM. I also address challenges such as low or shifting desire, communication barriers, and navigating dating. No matter what you bring to therapy, my goal is to empower you to cultivate healthy, nourishing intimate relationships that reflect your authentic self.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Emotion Focused Therapy, attachment theory, and more, because one size doesn’t fit all. I strive to maintain a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, learn, and grow—where there’s no room for judgment, just an open invitation to step into your fully sexually expressed and satisfied self. I have over 40 years of real, diverse Lifestyle experience involving BDSM, Ds, Swinging, poly, bi, gay and other forms of sexuality, relationships and life choices. I also have over 25 years of experience working as a professional counselor with all the rules of documentation, being uninvolved, managed care and rules about what you can and can't discuss. Now, I practice by the rules of true knowledge, Privacy, Honor, Dignity, Respect and doing what is really best for a person in need. This is not an hour a week and wait for the next session….this is if you need to, you call, text, email, smoke signals….in other words someone who is available when you need them…not just when it is convenient and scheduled. I am also an Ordained Minister providing all appropriate services in that vein….but no Dogma to be found here….Judgment is left for others to use and abuse… There are no limits on topic or focus other than making diagnosis or suggesting medication choices or the like. If you want a label or need someone to monitor your medications, there are many who will perform that set of tasks for you. Here it is about answers and putting them into action ASAP with honest help and support. I am a kink/poly/queer-aware/friendly Certified Massage Therapist based in Richmond, Virginia's Shockoe Valley. I take a holistic and integrated approach with my clients, understanding that just as the causes stress and pain are complicated and multi-faceted, so too are the therapies and practices that relieve them. I am passionate about helping my clients reconnect to their best and truest selves through the massage therapy I provide. My "massage style" is best described as "integrative," blending relaxation and medical massage techniques so that you leave my office feeling revitalized, tranquil, and blissful, freed from the burdens you had been carrying.

I work with any individual adolescents (15 or older) or adults and provide a safe non-judgmental place to talk explore issues see if psychopharmacotherapy can assist you with symptoms and use a combination of therapeutic styles that is modified for each individual.
