i currently offer out-of-network therapy and private pay services. if you have out-of-network benefits, i can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. if you do not have out-of-network benefits, i can support you in coordinating with your insurance to request a pre-authorization and apply for a single case agreement or network gap exception. when approved, this can allow you to pay your in-network copay while your insurance covers the remaining cost. i also coordinate with therapy funds such as the loveland foundation and am open to working with grants, sponsorships, or other approved funding sources that help cover the cost of care. outside of these options, i offer a sliding scale based on your financial situation and am always open to discussing accessibility and affordability. psychotherapy (new york state only), wellness and spiritual coaching sliding scale rates vary on whether services are individual, relationship, or family-based.

We are contracted with Aetna, United, BCBS, and Tricare. We accept all debit/credit cards including HSA cards.

I accept Aetna and Cigna insurance as well as Sana Benefits. I also accept out-of-network benefits. Relationship counseling is always self-pay as insurers don't deem it as "medically necessary." All major debit and credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards accepted.

I am currently only working with self-pay clients. My rates are $225 for 50 minute individual sessions and $300 for 60 minute couples sessions, with an additional $80 per additional partner for polycules. I offer weekly and bimonthly sessions depending on your needs. While I am not in-network with any insurance panels, I am happy to provide superbills for clients with out of network reimbursement benefits.
