Life might look “together” from the outside, but inside it feels like burnout, dread, or the constant pressure to be better. Together, we slow down, get curious, and make sense of what’s been tangled.

I am an experienced therapist in Portland, OR who works with people exploring their relationships and sexuality, whether monogamous or non-monogamous. I am kink and LGBTQ+ friendly and sex positive. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders and borderline personality disorder. I think that the mind-body connection is essential, both in expressing desire and maintain lifelong health.

Welcome! I provide a nurturing environment into which we bring our curiosity about you. My approach employs multiple tools so we can discover which ones feel right: traditional talk therapy, holistic body-based or somatic exploration, behavior-changing tasks, or depth psychology approaches such as dream work. For those in relationships, additional tools include broadening communication skills and clarifying interactional patterns. Finally, because past experiences feed into our social interactions, the inclusion of current trauma science can deepen our work together. I am trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model (CRM and TRM1) and practice mindfulness-based EMDR.

I offer fully online counseling for anyone in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida!
