My approach is informed by somatic work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nonviolent communication. I provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and kink-knowledgeable clients. My sessions integrate evidence-based practices with warmth, humor, and practical tools to support growth and healing.
