Gabbie's private practice specializes in sex and sexuality, and they have a passion for working with fellow queer people and those of alternative relationship styles & structures (kink/poly). Her goal is to empower clients to better their lives by improving their relationships, especially in connection with self. They are person-centered and passionate about taking a relational approach to therapy.

Welcome! I provide a nurturing environment into which we bring our curiosity about you. My approach employs multiple tools so we can discover which ones feel right: traditional talk therapy, holistic body-based or somatic exploration, behavior-changing tasks, or depth psychology approaches such as dream work. For those in relationships, additional tools include broadening communication skills and clarifying interactional patterns. Finally, because past experiences feed into our social interactions, the inclusion of current trauma science can deepen our work together. I am trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model (CRM and TRM1) and practice mindfulness-based EMDR.

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling in Mesa, Arizona and provide services to individual adults. My areas of specialty are complex trauma, kink and BDSM-affirming therapy, and relationship challenges. I practice from a trauma-informed, sex positive, and attachment focused lens, primarily working with clients through parts work (IFS).
