Renew Health & Wellness is an integrated mental health clinic offering counseling services by our therapists and behavioral health team. An increasing number of our locations also integrate psychiatric medicine, yoga, wellness coaching, herbalism, cranial electrotherapy, hypnotherapy, psychological testing, biofeedback, nutritional counseling and amino acid therapies.
Treatment plans may be integrated by our team of mental health professionals using empirically-based interventions – according to the patients personal healing and wellness goals. We may use just one of these therapies or integrate several of them into treatment and wellness plans if clinically indicated. Each service provided is done in the context of caring for the whole person – understanding mind, body, and spirit are connected and affect each other in our journey toward wellness and healing.

We are a small group of St. Louis therapists who provide individual therapy to adults from 18 to 90+ in person and online. Our approach is warm and non-judgmental, and we use self-compassion, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to treatment. I am queer, neurodivergent, non-binary, and experienced working with LGBTQIA+ issues and alternative lifestyles, neurodivergent populations, anxiety, and depression. I am sex/kink positive, body positive (HAES), affirming of nontraditional relationship structures, and trauma-informed. I want to empower you to ask for what you need, set boundaries you want, and be kinder to yourself.

The main goal of my practice is to provide a safe place for clients who fall outside of the mainstream for whatever reason to get the therapy they need. I specialize in working with clients in the polyamorous, kink, fetish, swinger, fat positive, body positive, LGB, queer, gender queer and trans communities. I provide individual and relationship/couples therapy for clients experiencing problems in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to; depression, anxiety, body image issues, gender issues, sexual identity issues, lack of sexual desire, sexual compulsions, mood fluctuations, sexual functioning problems, substance abuse and relationship problems. I also have extensive experience helping clients negotiate consensual non-monogamy and work through the complicated feelings surrounding that. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist and working towards certification as a sex therapy supervisor.
